1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Clu or joining the waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using Clu.
2. Waitlist Sign-Up
When you submit your email address to join the waitlist you affirm that the information provided is accurate and that you have the right to receive email at that address. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the Clu application.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Clu, including attempting to disrupt our services, reverse engineer our software, or use automated means to access the platform. We reserve the right to remove waitlist entries that violate these terms.
4. Intellectual Property
Clu, including its content, features, and branding, is owned by Clu and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy or distribute any part of the service without our prior written consent.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your participation in the waitlist if we believe you have violated these terms or engaged in fraudulent activity.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated terms on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of Clu after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
